The app allows members to view savings packages, track payments, and access membership benefits. We do not directly process financial transactions; payments are made through your bank.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from:

1. Bank errors or delays in payment processing.
2. Unauthorized access due to weak account security.
3. Interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent/illegal activity.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be handled under Nigerian jurisdiction.
